Nigeria vs Ghana: FG Solicits Support for the Nigerian Team
The Black Stars of Ghana will be at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja today, March the 29th for the return leg of the World Cup Qualifiers against Nigeria. The first leg which was played in Ghana ended in a draw.
Due to this much-anticipated March, the Nigerian Federal Government has announced that all government offices will be shut from 1 pm today.
A statement issued by Dr. Ngozi Onwudiwe, Permanent Secretary (Service Welfare Office) for Head of the Civil Service of the Federation,
“As you are aware, the Super Eagles of Nigeria will be meeting the Black Stars of Ghana in continuation of the 2022 FIFA World-Cup Qualifier, Playoff, (Return Leg).
“There is a need to mobilize support for the Nigerian Team. Consequently, I am directed to inform you that all offices will be closed at 1.00 pm on Tuesday, 29 n March 2022.
“Permanent Secretaries are requested to give this circular wide publicity to achieve the desired result.”
So WE Naija people, make una try go cheer the Super Eagles to victory.
